Checklist What should I do to prepare for the estimate?

Fill out estimate request form online.
We will contact you for an appointment.
We measure your property and give you an estimate.
Review and sign contract.
Miss Utility marks property.
We obtain building permit.
Production (up to 4 weeks).
Final inspection with sales representative and home owners and referral request.
Final payment upon satisfaction.

Should I get a wood or PVC fence?: First and foremost PVC is maintenance free and comes with a lifetime warranty. With wood you will have to stain and maintain and does not come with a warranty. Wood fences will discolor, tend to bow/warp or splits. Plus PVC looks better aesthetically.
How much should I expect to pay for my new fence?: Cost is determined by the type and style of fence you select as well as the size of your yard and positioning of the fence you choose.
Do I need to get a permit for my new fence?: No. We will obtain any permits from the city as well as home owners associations. We do, however, ask you to provide your survey when applicable.
Can I purchase the materials and hire TOC to build my fence?: It is best to contact us first before purchasing materials so that we may be more informed as to where you are purchasing your materials and know the quality as well.
How long will it take to build my new fence?: TOC fabricates every fence on site. We will build, transport, and install your fence normally within 24 to 48 hours.
